NC Professional Cookery (level 6)

This course is for those who wish to train at the highest level within the hospitality and catering industry. It is preferable you have achieved NC Professional Cookery Level 5 or City and Guilds Diploma in Introduction to Professional Cookery and want to build on this knowledge, or have experience of professional cookery.

As well as focusing on Professional Cookery you will be working in our Terrace Restaurant serving our discerning customers.
