The course consists of lectures and tutorials that are delivered via online videos. Each video will be released at scheduled times during sessions of the course. There will also be multiple Q&A sessions in which the instructor answers questions pre-submitted by attendees.
Course Agenda Highlights
The first part of the course covers some basic concepts, general principles and associated issues in examining the concept of selling. The key issues of selling Banking & Financial services will also be covered. The second part of the course consists of a Negotiation Base Camp.
