Many of our students find employment in the buzzing environment of an airport. With the recent opening of Heathrow’sTerminal 5, and an ever increasing demand for flying, opportunities for working in customer service either for an airline or handling agent have never been greater.
This programme has been developed to provide successful students with the customer service and practical skills required when working at an airport.
It covers the whole process of Check-In, security, Baggage and Boarding.
To assist with the learning process, course participants spend a day both land and airside at a major airport.
