I had tried to book a ticket for the full 3 days of the Eskil workshop on intrapreneurship but could not attend the first day. Eskil have broken down their full workshop into 3 separate days and so I attended the 2nd day. This is a very clever workshop that introduces you to a framework for developing your corporate entrepreneurs, taking into account executive, HR, IT, Finance and more. The whole day was focused on you building your own ecosystem and so the outcome can be easily measured. I would strongly advise people to attend. Delivered in both Arabic and English.

I had seen people from Eskil speaking at different events about intrapreneurship and wanted to go to one of their workshops. I attended two of their workshops and, as I am responsible for building the framework for intrapreneurs in our business, this was the more relevant one. It is very clever how Eskil introduce the principles of the framework and support you in building your own. We had been quoted over €40,000 to develop our framework and we paid less than €4,000 to do the same thing with Eskil. This is great value for money and should be well attended by all.

The majority of our employees were going through change and we didn’t want this to overwhelm them. To achieve this, we commissioned Eskil to deliver their three-day workshop to the board. Broken into three separate days, we learned about the impact of intrapreneurship on the organisation and individuals, how to set out a framework to ensure success and also the theory behind their Intrapreneurship Canvas as a way to communicate ideas to the stakeholders. For us, the second day was crucial as it was highly strategic but members of our management team highly rated the third day which was more operational. I finished the Project Management under the tutelage of Tim O'Connor. Tim proved to be an excellent teacher and lecturer who had an engaging style. Tim's use of numerous word pictures and relevant examples across all the subject matter modules brought the information to life and made it much easier to digest and absorb information of sometime challenging subjects.

I booked with TKA and have taken 2 modules in this way. Business Analysis Practice with Suz and Business Process Modeling with William K. Both were brilliant mentors. Suz was extremely eloquent and focussed and great at taking us through a considerable measure of material. She drew in us with gathering practices and was superb at setting us up for the exam. William was additionally great at setting us up for the exams - what I especially preferred about him was that he related the material to genuine and extended the exchange to how we could apply this and other preparing with a specific end goal to prevail in our vocations.
I would joyfully suggest both of them.
