  1. research into an existing restaurant
  2. development of a menu for a new restaurant

  3. a business and marketing plan with marketing materials for the new restaurant

    Course length

    6 weeks 15 hours per week (90 hours)

    Employment

    In addition to the course, you will be given a minimum of 20 hours per week paid work in one of our restaurants, cafes or bars in central London. This offer is for UK or EU students only.
