No usual provider spiel & cancelled visits etc. - felt very assured that I was being supported and looked after at all times and received a positive service and not just treated as an 'earner'! Contact was perfect & achieved something & meetings always agreed & also honoured. Very impressed and can recommend without a second thought - customer care is excellent. Their product knowledege & interest in learning is exceptional and will use them again for my own and company's development. Finally a company that can deliver! Ian F.

Can only find praise with SDL as they produced exactly what they offered and certainly 'went the extra mile'. In all dealings it was smooth & professional and you instantly feel confident in working with them as they are very open and certainly passionate about learning.

Set at correct level and also the amount of optional units was good - no problems in finding suitable ones that were maeningful. Enabled applied knowledge & skills to be demonstrated and accredited. SDL provided excellent service and and all documentation etc. Allowed two senior administrators to gain a qualification and prove what they do for the company and show that 'Admin drives the business'.
SDL staff are efficient and know their job well. Always arrived to appointments and were clear in their intent from day one. Work based learning enables you to provide all types of evidence and not all has to go in the portfolio - references to areas of storage and also photos were taken too! Costs are very reasonable when you actually consider the registartion fees and then the specialised attention you get and regular visits etc.← | →

Having already attended two modules of my VTCT L2 course at The Cottage Training Centre, my expectations were that the Airbrush Tanning course would be as qualitative, informative, practically based and enjoyable as my last. I was not disappointed. I came away from the day feeling really positive that I had the tools and information to be successful in this area of the industry. The Trainer, Kim Sexton, packs the day full with the right amount of theory vs practical experience, encourages you to question and makes the day really enjoyable. The Trainer always responds quickly and thoroughly to emails and phone calls, the after-training support is great. Good value for money, I will be using the Cottage Training Centre for other courses also in the future.

Very much enjoyed the course - a very good mix of theory and practice that can be applied to many areas. SDL are experts in L&D - they are positive & encouraging while always seeking to negotiate and utilise holistic assessment methods that allow you to perform naturally. I had some RPL and this was addressed in my IAG/induction etc. so when I started I had a clear route to follow & was continuously supported with feedback to all work submitted. Will recommend them always - they provide insight & understanding, are courteous & professional and are actually enjoyable to work with.

The level is exactly right and the units available allow you to decide on a suitable route. Excellent discussion & planning and then assessment planning was the key to being successful and also the regular meetings and the contact options.
Knowledge was addressed by various methods that always seemed appropriate & using the holistic approach is really a winner!
Length of course is just about right as there is no rush but it is incredible how quickly it comes together under this method and I was impressed. QCF is completely understood and can transfer the knowledge gained.
Responsiveness and sheer customer service is consistently delivered. Pricings are highly competitive and worth every penny - in fact should be more looking at the competition. The feeling of confidence, motivation and empowerment to be able to succeed and quickly is rather special and I have remembered many things in undertaking this activity via reflection & discussion and also have learnt and want to develop more - mentoring received is fantasic! (Staff inc. Directors provide IAG, TNA, assessment & verification + you get to work with them - a great ethos!) You will have a great experience at this collage , the people who work there make you fill at home and treat every one with respect and not like you stranger , you will have fun every day when you turn up to do the course that you chose to do , the are is all ways clean and tidy , there are people who can help you with extra advice and training or just extra help for if you are finding it a bit hard . there are local buses that stop right outside the collage so its not hard to get to, the buses are about every 7/10 mins between each one .
