Tracey was a great trainer and I must say they way she delivered training was simply outstanding. I would surley recommend this course to all. She used RMS as she fairly knew how important it was for us to get a hang on it.

Having recently started up my own company, I decided that I needed to brush up on my assertiveness and communication techniques. This course will provide you with an indepth understanding of what being assertive really means and help you to put your foot forward on the journey to becoming more assertive.
