  • My Assessor Tom was invaluable support throughout the whole process - he met and planned all stages with me and also gave me good feedback so I always knew where I was and what needed to be done. He was contactable and very amenable and gave me the confidence to progress through the units to enable me to complete the qualification. Recommended without hesitation.
