What I would highlight: I signed 14 of my staff up to the customer service course, and it didn’t take long for me to realise a difference in their customer service skills. 100% recommend to those who have some aspect of customer service in their role.
What could be improved: Needs a manager option, so that Managers are able to look at all there staffs progression on one page.

Learning Outcomes: This course will cover the following topics; The benefits of excellent customer service, Deliver excellent customer service, Handle complaints with care, Recognise & adapt to customer behaviour styles, Manage customer satisfaction levels

Course Duration

The online course requires a minimum of 2 hours to complete in full. This is only a guide to the learning hours required and it depends on how quickly an individual can absorb the information. The learning is online so it can be spread out over multiple sessions or done in one session.

Learners will have access to this course for up to 12 months from the date of joining. There is no time limit to complete the course during this period.

The assessment can be re-taken as many times as the learner requires at no extra cost. We must advise that the questions do change each time. This course is designed to teach as well as assess.
