Designed to sit along side existing appraisal training, this workshop addresses the challenges of conventional appraisals, namely that all too often appraisals become an adversarial meeting where the manager has difficulty getting their point across successfully and the appraisee becomes defensive and closed to change. As a result managers learn to loathe appraisals and employees fear them. This workshop gives a number of approaches and a wealth of techniques and tactics to ensure that the appraisals conducted are structured, productive and positive.
