Course description You will learn the importance of professional hospitality in the UK, customer service, the skills required to successfully with customers, developing ideas for menus and good and beverage preparation.  You can expect real hands-on experience, whilst working with like minded people, You'll complete assessments including customer service in a commercial environment in both a kitchen and the food court and work in industry-standard kitchens and pastry rooms providing meals for paying customers.
