This course is for those who are required to be '-registered first aiders' in accordance with the Health and Safety (FIRST AID) Regulations 1981. It will provide you with relevant knowledge to enable you to develop the necessary skills to be a competent First Aider in the work place in accordance with regulations 3(2) of the Health & Safety (First Aid) regulations 1981.

• a BTEC foundation diploma in a related subject
• an NVQ Level 1/technical certificate in a related subject
