Course Aims
This course aims to give all food handlers the knowledge and understanding of the fundamentals of good food hygiene practices. To obtain the Level 2 Certificate in Food Hygiene under the seal of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

To gain the qualification you must successfully complete a multi-choice exam, which takes approximately 60 minutes. The exam is marked by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
