Catering & Hospitality Level 1 Diploma in Introduction to Professional Cookery
Bishop Auckland College is one of the largest full time Catering Colleges in the North East. Students work to industry standards applying their skills within real working environments.
Students are assessed through externally set assignments, online multiple choice tests and practical timed assessments.
Students have the opportunity to take part in Industry based trips such as Black Sheep Brewery, Wensleydale Cheese Factory, and Chocolate Factory. Competition work is actively promoted on this course to further develop our students.
DIPLOMA IN INTRODUCTION TO PROFESSIONAL COOKERY
Diploma in Introduction to Professional Cookery is our ideal introduction into the world of catering. Students will use various techniques to prepare and make dishes which could then progress onto a Diploma Level 2 in Professional Cookery.
