This Gastro! weekend course focuses on using local and seasonal ingredients to create classic Gastro-pub food - the best of accessible Modern British Cuisine.
Gastro! is all about the art and practice of choosing, preparing and eating good food.
This weekend course gives you an opportunity not only to learn more recipes and techniques than the one day Gastro! course, but to work on more complex dishes that require longer preparation time. We will be using many kitchen skills and techniques including filleting fish and butchering meat.
This superb weekend course is perfect to share the experience with family or a friend.
