About this course

You will end the three days having accomplished a mini-MBA in Google AdWords from basic to advanced keyword search campaign set-up, optimisation and management to extending campaigns in to display and remarketing. You will be confident setting-up, analysing, improving and optimising any search, display or remarketing campaign.

Anyone with a need to run or supervise paid search campaigns.

For Google AdWords training, attendees will require on-line administration access to an active Google AdWords account for the duration of the training.

A prerequisite of attending the AdWords 201 course is having completed the AdWords 101 course or possessing equivalent knowledge. A prerequisite of attending the Adwords 301 or 302 courses is having completed the AdWords 101 and 201 courses or possessing equivalent knowledge.

Each day is split into four sessions, separated by a fifteen-minute break in the morning and afternoon, with a one-hour break for lunch.

Registration opens at 9:00am and training starts promptly at 9:30am with the day finishing around 5:00pm.

Google AdWords 101 - Building, optimising and managing search campaigns
  • Session 1- Search marketing, account structure, the auction process, quality score, ad rank and creating a new campaign
  • Session 2 - Targeting ads, keyword research, keyword match types and ad preview testing
  • Session 3 - Creating compelling text ads and using ad extensions
  • Session 4 - Bidding strategies, conversions, analysis, reporting, user access and billing

Google AdWords 201 - Optimising search campaigns through analysis, structure and control
  • Session 1 - Analysing current performance for future improvements
  • Session 2 - Keyword research, match types, negative keywords and optimum account structure
  • Session 3 - Creating compelling ads, finding optimum landing pages and testing for success
  • Session 4 - Bidding strategies and adjustments, shared budgets, automation and improving management

Google AdWords 301 - Extending search campaigns with display advertising and remarketing
  • Session 1- The Google Display Network, initial targeting and set-up
  • Session 2- Planning your display campaign, targeting options, optimisation and analysis
  • Session 3- Creating simple display ads, creative options, video and Google Sponsored Promotions
  • Session 4- Simple and advanced remarketing to website users, customer e-mails, apps and Youtube users

Our Google AdWords training offers you the opportunity to learn about Google AdWords search campaigns at an introductory but fast moving 101 level onto analysing and optimising search campaigns with 201 through to extending your campaigns into display and remarketing with 301 and on to using feeds, dynamic remarketing and shopping campaigns with 302.
