What I would highlight:
I started the Cisco courses in February of this year and I can honestly say that this is the best course that I have ever done. The courses are very informative and detailed. Added to this, the video tutorials feature Cisco specialists who explain the basics of Cisco routing and switches clearly and concisely. Well recommended.

What I would highlight:
The course is amazing, it offers everything needed to help pass, however for the exams it seems that you have to do every question first as some of the information is missing from the videos. The staff is friendly and gave me all the information I needed before I bought the course and I had issues starting the course and they helped me resolve it and stayed on the phone until it was resolved.

The Microsoft 2013 bundle is an excellent course with levels for the beginner through to advanced. At the end of each section there is a course completion certificate to print out to enhance your CV career advancement. The couses are taught through video discussions and demonstrations. I thoroughly recommend this couse bundle.
