From the beginning, I was amazed at how helpful and friendly I was helped with questions on the phone. I was also called regularly and very well accompanied at each step of the program and informed. At Kaplan we are not just 'a number' but every student is known by name. The orientation was super helpful and has very much fun, you could make good new contacts and felt good on what comes prepared. When I got my host family, I was the also informed personally and I also got shortly after a totally sweet packet of information about my state what the anticipation has of course even greater. 3 days in New York to the beginning of my year abroad were also a highlight - great organization and daily schedule. A mixture of preparation of the stay and a lot of sightseeing and new cultural experiences and new friendships. Also during my stay abroad I could always contact if I have questions to Kaplan, but that was hardly necessary. When I decided to stay longer, and the reclassification of my flight was no problem. Then there was a great Returnee meeting, which also has very good fun and sharing experiences made possible. All in all really great my experience with Kaplan, I think it is due to the mixture of good organization, personal feeling and excellent advice and helpfulness the perfect international organization. Gladly again!

Kaplan International really cares about each of his students, helping important decisions. Super orientation meetings are organized so that you are well prepared for their stay abroad! It feels very comfortable and in good hands with this organization! Even if you're back in Germany, you still will not lose contact with the staff and always gets again Post and invitations to post-meeting!
