About the course
Food safety management systems are now a central feature of good food hygiene practice. This one day course will give you all you need to know, as well as the chance to work on your own food safety management procedure (FSMP).

How is the course assessed?
Scenario-based assessment paper at the end of the day. All successful candidates gain a Level 3 Award in Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures from the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
