I have attended so many training events but have always gone away feeling that it was a nice distraction but not a lot of value. This program is the exception. The week I spent at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management during this course was wonderful. This course is well balanced since it mixes coaching, practical cases and creative sessions with women around the world. The school is amazingly organized and have a great qualified staff. I consider this programme as a valuable experience that helped me understanding how it is to be a leader using my skills. I definitely recommend it.

This course was more than what I expected. It makes youo aware of the differences between men and women when it comes to communication, since we do it quite differently.
It helped me understanding my own communication style in order to be more effective as a leader.
What I liked the most was the practical advice on how to become a better negotiatior by listenning and getting rid of one's preconceptions. Excellent chance to make new relationships with other women from every background.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.
