Intermediate Apprenticeship in Sales & Telesales

The Sales and Telesales Intermediate Level Apprenticeship is for those suitable for employees who work in the sales sector, who wish to develop their skills and gain an industry recognised qualification at the same time. The courses are tailored to the job role and applies to a wide variety of sectors including retail, membership, telesales, contact centres, agencies and business development. The Intermediate Level 2 programme is for those working in any of the following roles or roles similar to these: trainee sales advisor, telesales operator, junior sales executive, contact centre operator, customer service assistant, estate agent, travel agent, vehicle sales executive.

Apprenticeships are made up of framework of qualifications and training based on testing competency and developing practical, occupational and transferable skills.

PRACTICAL/COMPETENCY ELEMENT
Edexcel Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Sales

Mandatory Units:
• Time planning in sales
• Complying with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements in a sales or marketing role
• Deliver reliable customer service

This apprenticeship takes 17 months to complete and has a flexible start date.
