3. Entry requirements Before joining Into Catering you will need to come to an informal interview, have a discussion to make sure this is the right choice for you, and complete a taster day. You will also need to have an Education Health & Care Plan (EHCP). We can support you to apply for an assessment for an EHCP when you enquire about Into Catering. 4. Equipment required No equipment required 5. Assessment method Each week you will agree targets to work on with your tutor and job coach, to help you learn the skills you need for your placement. You will be informally assessed throughout the year in your placements and through your class work. You will get a college certificate and a vocational profile at the end of the course.
