Italian Cookery for Winter

The Italian Winter store

You will learn what to cook during cold winter months. Dishes will include grains, for tasty Italian soups or winter salads, orange & lemon marmalade, which is simply bursting with flavour, (you also get to take a pot of this home). Pot roast dishes, using seasonal vegetables and meats and to finish hot chocolate & brandy cup. This promises to be a fun, informal cookery day, where you'll get to try your hand at a vast range of different dishes, whilst learning new skills, practising old ones and meeting likeminded 'foodies'.
