The following are examples of the types of dishes likely to be prepared on this course.

  • Proscuitto di Parma ham and gorgonzola parcels
  • Creamed artichoke and spring onion soup, parsnip crisps
  • Anchovy puff pastry sticks with white truffle mayonnaise
  • Grilled venison, home made pasta and vine tomato sauce
  • Tuscan fruit trifle
The classes run from 9.30am to 2.30pm. All students receive a glass of bubbly as well as an exclusive Baumanns Cooking Academy apron as
a memento of their day.
