Course Summary:
This relaxed and informative four-session course includes a basic introduction to gluten-free flours and dairy-free alternative baking.
These sessions will help you to understand different flour blends and which dairy alternatives are available. We will cover alternative techniques to enable you to make crumble-free soft breads, delicious sponge cakes, biscuits and tender flaky pastry.

Course programme

Course Content: There will be a mix of demonstrations and hands-on baking. Over the four weeks, you will learn to make: Week 1: Bread and Scones Week 2: Cakes Week 3: Biscuits Week 4: Sweet and Savoury Pastry How will I be assessed? There are no assessment criteria - just observe, have a go and enjoy! Are there any additional costs or specialist equipment required? All equipment and ingredients will be provided and are included in the sum you have paid.
