Course description To achieve Level 2 Diploma in Professional Food and Beverage Service you must achieve 44 credits from the mandatory units: Legislation in food and beverage service; Menu knowledge and design; Principles of beverage product knowledge; Service of hot beverages; Food and beverage service skills; Handling payments; Principles of customer service; Investigating the hospitality and catering industry. In addition, the qualification covers all aspects of food and beverage service. It will deliver the key skills required to ensure you have a thorough understanding of the role and expectations that any future employer will require of you.
