About this course




You are required to attend college once per week for 4 hours so that written and practical work workshops can take place. The duration of the course is 1 year and one day, including holidays.

Course programme

The Programme is designed for people in the catering industry and have previously completed a level 2 food and beverage service qualification or supervisor role.
NVQ Level 3 in Supervision and Leadship.
The NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership is completed in unit sections, 3 or 4 weeks per unit until completion. A portfolio also has to be produced in order to obtain this City and Guilds Qualification. The learning takes place in both the theory and practical classrooms.
