Developing Strategic Management & Leadership Skills The units are assignment based and are internally assessed.Topic input, group discussions, problem solving, work based activities, presentation and work related research to enable you to put theory into practice. Builds from the Level 5 qualification and enables candidates to learn, understand and use management skills in the workplace within a range of differing disciplines. You will need to set aside an additional one day a week self study.
