What I would highlight:
The overall experience at LCT was very good. The training was conducted by experts and I particularly enjoyed the fact that it was practical rather than theoretical. There were video recordings to illustrate how interviews can be best managed, and role plays which were also very good for learning. The farewell lunch also gave me a chance to interact with other delegates at LCT and make good connections.

This has been the best training course I have ever attended. I really enjoyed it. I liked the fact that a number of different training consultants were used, all of whom had extensive experience in the subject areas. This added to the variety of the experience. For me, there are no negatives! The trainer had one of the most amazing personalities and I am so glad I got to meet her. Everything she gave us was clear and helpful. The trips were interesting and she made it more fun, safe and relaxing - it added so much to our experience.
