Overall enjoyed the course on Business Process Management. Geoff is a good/great trainer and with vast knowledge on the course I am sure I will apply the knowledge and skills learnt. The one on one interaction was excellent even though I'd have loved to have other colleagues . Possibly from different jurisdictions.
