You will study 6 mandatory modules inc:·Personal Development as a manager and leader·Information based decision making·Performance Management·Resource Management·Meeting stakeholder and quality needs·Conducting a management project
Plus 3 optional units from:·Financial control·Marketing planning·Project Development & control·Human Resouce Development·Managing Recruitment & Selection
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through module based assignments, most of which will draw heavily from your own work environment.
One assignment will be externally set and assessed by CMI
Assessment methods include: written work, presentations, role-play,group work, etc.
You will receive a formal CMI qualification with a value of at least 64 credits.
What can I do next?
Progression could include the CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership.
CMI also offer a range of specialist management & leadership qualifications to suit your needs.
