Statutory training - including First Aid (accredited by the local NHS a training provider approved by the HSE), safeguarding, food hygiene and manual handling.
Personal development training - including presentation skills / public speaking, time management, dealing with difficult people, customer service and so much more.
Leadership and Management courses - including project management, duty manager training and a leadership diploma course.
We also have a speacialist arm that provides industry specific courses such as volunteer management training and the Level 2 qualification in Understanding Health Improvement.
