Course programme
You will learn a variety of practises and principles of meditation including body awareness, mindfulness of breathing, cultivation of compassion and walking meditation. We also touch on mantra and formless meditation. You will learn how to work with difficulties in meditation and to cultivate the benefits of meditation. You will be expected to commit to practising between sessions.
