This course uses a mindful and thoughtful process to understand what it is we eat, breaking down how we experience food using all our senses and how we can shop, cook, eat and drink in a more mindful manner to really enjoy our food. Being mindful of each morsel could even lead to you being fuller and more satisfied with less.
Learn about how your body uses each sense to give you information about your food and drink and tricks your brain plays. Discover how to assess your food properly and learn to appreciate what you eat.
