Course Content:
You will study:
Practical on the job skills which are recognised throughout the hospitality industry. This may include:
Waiting on in our fourth floor restaurant 'Clouds'
Menu and Event planning for a themed evening
Theory
Bar Service
Customer Service
Food Safety
Progression:
Progress onto a Level 3 route at Southport College, either NVQ3 Hospitality Supervison or BTEC National Certificate in Hospitality
Awarding Body:
City and Guilds (HAB)
Exam:
You will be continuously assessed throughout the course, through practical and product work. You will build up a portfolio of evidence.
