Who the Course is For:
Business Improvements requires a whole organistation approach with individuals who are trained to involve themselves through effective teams to develop and sustain continual improvements within their organisation. The cousre is suitable for people working in all business enviroments, examples include engineering / manufacturing operations, warehousing activities to office based processes and many others.
Assessment:
Project based assessement to provide 3 examples of performance for each of the selected area.
Course Leads To:
NVQ Level 4 in Business Improvement Techniques, achieved through either Process or Quality routes.
