Course Description
Produce a range of Authentic Indian dishes, using a range of freshly ground spices, meat, vegetables to produce an array of Indian food.

Equipment and Additional Costs
There is a cost of £4.50 per class to cover the cost of the ingredients.
You will need to bring an apron and a container for transporting food home. Please wear shoes that cover the whole foot (not sandals) and a top with sleeves.
