For a better understanding of what makes a garment fit correctly. Once you get to grips with this issue, you'll be able to resolve garment fitting problems that often arise with offshore production.

Working with samples on live models, you'll discuss and deconstruct garments to understand why fitting issues are happening. The course will help buyers and anyone involved in developing samples and production.

The course includes:

• Fitting criteria for jackets, coats, trousers, skirts, dresses, tops & shirts
• Understanding woven and knitted fabrics and their limitations
• The importance of patterns
• Problems working with flat measurements (specs)
• How to identify and document fitting problems
