Micheal Lansdown was an excellent teacher, I learnt a lot and was also reminded of a lot from my previous Level 3 award in education and training course. He made it fun and inclusive and we all left feeling very happy we'd been there for the day and more confident . Now I am doing Assessor course with the same tutor. Undertook several units that have enabled me to demonstrate CPD - I hold teh old version and this new one has some excellent opportunities at the right level for me to add to my cv & cpd log. Found the guys friendly & professional and also clever at understanding how business processes work and being able to direct me from this analysis. Looking at next course already.
