What I would highlight: I want to take this opportunity to thank you for an excellent 2 days training. Now I think like a salesman! Even in face to face discussions with my staff I find myself mentally preparing using the methods put forward by you. What I would highlight: The training from last week was excellent and everyone (including our sceptical salespeople) thought it was really helpful. When you put your neck on the line and organise something like this you can only hope it goes well and I certainly wasn’t disappointed.
