The SVQ level 2 is aimed at call centre operatives. The qualification assesses their ability to perform a number of activities undertaken in their job role. In addition they will demonstrate their knowledge as set out by the in the national standard fro call centre operatives.
To achieve SVQ Level 2 candidates must complete 2 mandatory units and 3 optional units.
