What could be better than sampling the burst of flavours from our local producers? The Westcountry is arguably the region producing the finest quality produce in the UK, and on this course we will be showcasing our fantastic local ingredients, many from our own suppliers in Ashburton, that you will use to create delicious and beautifully presented dishes to a good restaurant standard.
Dartmoor and its surrounding villages are packed with small organic growers producing vibrant and diverse local food and drink. We will be showcasing our very best heritage fruit and vegetables, superb Dartmoor meats and award winning cheeses.
We will also sample Devon wines grown on the hills overlooking the river Dart. This is a truly memorable day where we get to show off our fantastic ingredients and you get to cook with them and we can guarantee you would have to look very hard indeed to find a collection of produce so flavoursome and fresh!
We will be using old Devon recipes with a modern twist and each season we will showcase all that is best about our Westocountry food and drink.
