Course programme
What will I study?
This short cookery course will allow you to explore tasty food inspired by the Romans and the moors of North Africa. This cookery course will take you on a culinary journey through some of Spain's most exciting regional specialities allowing you to explore various ingredients that reflect the rich culture and colourful history of Spain.
You will learn new skills in culinary techniques to produce a range of Tapas dishes including:

- Prawn and avocado escabèche

Course participants will be able to develop their awareness of Health and Safety relating to the preparation of food, food safety awareness, practical knife skills and stove control, whilst learning logical and coherent methods for producing Tapas dishes.
