The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it. The fact that time was taken for you to sit with each of us 1:1 really made a difference and I can’t recommend you highly enough.

The trainings that Life Spheres offer are all excellent. I have attended several programmes in different citiees with this centre, and I think this course taught by Eleni has been by far the best one I enrolled in and the most informative. It is obvious that PNL is her passion and so she delivers it in the best way that my mind can understand, absorb and capture. I have already recommended this training to my fiancée and would keep on recomming any of your courses to my colleagues and friends. Thank you.
