The two days I spent with you in London were so good for me because I could start to understand where the stress was coming from and then using CBT and Mindfulness to address it. The fact that time was taken for you to sit with each of us 1:1 really made a difference and I can’t recommend you highly enough.

The trainings that Life Spheres offer are all excellent. I have attended several programmes in different citiees with this centre, and I think this course taught by Eleni has been by far the best one I enrolled in and the most informative. It is obvious that PNL is her passion and so she delivers it in the best way that my mind can understand, absorb and capture. I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that. Understanding not only my personality but the reason why I do some things based in my own psychology was a revelation. One more thing I liked was the tie between my personal time line and the cognitive behavioural therapy you taught us guys. Brilliant sessions.

I truly enjoyed they showed us the existence separation about psychology and personality because I’ve never realized about that.
