I really enjoyed how Eskil approached this. There was an extensive amount of pre-work including consultation and assessments and the two facilitators had run organisations to over £100m so they really understood how to handle big business. The discussions around ethics were very interesting without getting too bogged down in details about governance and compliance. The focus on authenticity was very useful and the group discussions were invaluable. Definitely worth attending.

Two off us attended from our organisation as we were interested in psychology and behaviour and how leadership ethics would work in a growing market. The facilitators were fluent in French and this helped the workshop to feel more comfortable. The venue was exceptional and the evening meals with other delegates were a lot of fun. The 360 degree emotional intelligence is very useful and I have recommended that all of our board does this and the other Eskil workshops are attended.

The content was very easy to grasp and the workbook had further information where required. I like that I have to demonstrate understanding before being awarded a certificate and hope that my exercise book was of the correct standard for my award!

I really enjoyed how Eskil approached this. Broken into three separate days, we learned about the impact of intrapreneurship on the organisation and individuals, how to set out a framework to ensure success and also the theory behind their Intrapreneurship Canvas as a way to communicate ideas to the stakeholders. For us, the second day was crucial as it was highly strategic but members of our management team highly rated the third day which was more operational. The Deploying Intrapreneurship program was informative and straight to the point which helped us not just in our work but also in our daily life. After much research, I decided to invest in Eskil’s Leadership Psychology workshop, facilitated by people certified in assessing and coaching through emotional intelligence. This workshop is very useful to me. Their 360 degree assessment helped me to understand my own emotional intelligence and also how others in my organization see me. Further, the facilitators allocated a dedicated time to me to help me plan my personal development as well as my leadership development.

I have always been fascinated with emotional intelligence and mindfulness and wanted to understand how these can be applied in my life and my work. I also wanted to speak with the facilitators about how to encourage this in my organization. Eskil use British and Arabic facilitators so that there were never any problems with language and we could also discuss how different cultures see leadership. This was a very informative and demanding workshop and I greatly recommend it.

I was looking for a career change and had no prior experience in the accounting field. After looking at various courses and training providers I decided to go with the Accounting Technician Diploma provided by Pitman Training, as it also covered the content for AAT Level 2. The audio based material meant I could learn at my own pace, and the presence of a tutor provided the advantage of classroom learning. The flexibility offered by this course suited my circumstances, and the tutors were always available and willing to answer any questions I had regarding the subject matter. Having gained both the Pitman Diploma and AAT Level 2 certificate, I am currently on a work placement to gain experience and apply what I have learnt. I believe this will provide me with a solid foundation on which to build a career in Accounting.
I would sincerely like to thank all the staff at Pitman Training Wembley for their assistance and kind support given throughout the course, and would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to improve their skills and knowledge.

I was looking for a career change and had no prior experience in the accounting field. After looking at various courses and training providers I decided to go with the Accounting Technician Diploma provided by Pitman Training, as it also covered the content for AAT Level 2. There are many workshops talking about the strategic aspect of intrapreneurship but I always felt that they were light on detail. The whole series of workshops by Eskil were well constructed, mixing strategy with practical ‘how-to’ approaches. The 3rd day was about the canvas and this, again, had outcomes that justified the time and money invested. I have a structured model for helping colleagues navigate through our organisation including political management, developing the business case, and mentoring the intrapreneur. Very well presented.

I am a junior strategist and needed to build my understanding of corporate strategy. My manager recommended Eskil to me as they delivered workshops in Arabic as well as English and I was able to speak to the company before the workshop so that they could tune some of the content for me. They also advised me of certain sources of information that would be useful to me and sent me their workbook in advance that had notes for all of the slides. I felt prepared for the workshop and did not feel uncomfortable. I learnt a lot on the workshop and was able to demonstrate my new knowledge to my manager on my return.

I have been assigned responsibility for looking at the overall strategy of our company, specialising in construction. Eskil gave us an option of different facilitators and we selected a French speaker to deliver four days to us. We completed over twenty exercises designed to build our corporate strategy including branding, positioning, pricing, etc. I really enjoyed the workshop but think we would have benefited from it being two sessions of two days each to give us an opportunity to absorb all the learning. When Eskil completes creating its workshop that also includes elearning, I will be sending my department on this program.

I am a junior strategist and needed to build my understanding of corporate strategy. My manager recommended Eskil to me as they delivered workshops in Arabic as well as English and I was able to speak to the company before the workshop so that they could tune some of the content for me. They also advised me of certain sources of information that would be useful to me and sent me their workbook in advance that had notes for all of the slides. I felt prepared for the workshop and did not feel uncomfortable. I learnt a lot on the workshop and was able to demonstrate my new knowledge to my manager on my return.

I have been assigned responsibility for looking at the overall strategy of our company, specialising in construction. Eskil gave us an option of different facilitators and we selected a French speaker to deliver four days to us. We completed over twenty exercises designed to build our corporate strategy including branding, positioning, pricing, etc. I really enjoyed the workshop but think we would have benefited from it being two sessions of two days each to give us an opportunity to absorb all the learning. When Eskil completes creating its workshop that also includes elearning, I will be sending my department on this program.

Some of the case studies used by the facilitators showed us that we weren't alone in trying to build a great team culture during times of change and the different psychology tools used really showed us a way forward. I personally think that this would be a great kick-off for using Eskil’s expertise in team building programs.
