About the course
These courses are for people who have done some form of gentle therapeutic yoga for at least six months. You should have some basic knowledge of relaxation and breathing techniques and understand the importance of regular yoga practice.

You are required to attend a short interview for this course. Please come in to the relevant centre between the following times:

Open evening and Enrolment: Thursday 26th November: 4.00pm - 7.00pm
Open evening and Enrolment: Tuesday 1st December: 4.00pm - 7.00pm

Open Enrolment: Wednesday 6th - Friday 8th January: 10.00am - 3.00pm
Evening: Thursday 7th January: 5.00pm - 7.00pm

Open Enrolment: Monday 11th - Thursday 14th January: 10.00am - 3.00pm
Evening: Tuesday 12th and Thursday 14th January: 5.00pm - 7.00pm

When you come to enrol, please remember to bring:

If your fees are being paid by your employer, local education authority or other organisation, please bring a letter from them confirming that they intend to pay. They will then be invoiced.
