I found the course quite good but was very slow paced. It took a whole day and was started late as well. The content was good but doesn't require a complete day.

The trainer provide to us was very knowledgeable. The top authorities were quite disppooointing for they cancelled the course 3 days before and then provded every one with the material a few houurs before the sessions.

We had trainer called alan Davis who was amazingly exceptional and is very much recommended for supervising or managerial courses. He taught great practical skills and gave realisstic solutions to the issues with his wide experience.
