Course Description:
Apprenticeships are planned, work-based programmes of training, learning and assessment for anyone aged 16 or over who is not in full-time education.
Description Breakdown:
The course allows individuals to combine paid employment with the opportunity to receive training, learn new skills and gain a nationally recognised qualification.You will complete NVQ 3 Customer Service, Functional skills Maths level 2 and English level 2 as well as a technical certificate EDI Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service. You must pass all of these qualification s to gain you apprenticeship framework. The assessor will deliver the NVQ and Technical certificate in the work place and you will attend college for the functional skills. The qualification should take between 12-24 months to complete.
