· Course Overview: · Apprentices will be employed in a customer service role with the scope to bring about permanent improvements in service delivery. They will attend college 1 day per week to expand their skills and knowledge required to deliver effective customer service.

Entry Requirements: · Applicants should have completed the Level 2 Apprenticeship. If this has not been completed, GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above is required. All applicants will be interviewed and assessed for suitability by a Training Officer. Applicants will be in relevant employment where the employer supports NVQ completion.
